WM Commercial Designs Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Fees
- We offer free standard shipping across the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
- Expedited shipping may incur additional charges.
2. Processing Time
- Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- Processing times may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).
3. Shipping Time
- Standard shipping: Estimated 2-3 weeks
- Expedited shipping: Estimated 1-2 weeks
*Please note that shipping times do not include order processing time.*
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email.
- Once a FedEx or UPS tracking number has been assigned, you can monitor your order through FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice. These services allow you to:
- Hold or delay packages
- Pick up from a local FedEx or UPS location
- Deliver to another address
- Deliver on another day
- Schedule a delivery window
- Sign for packages online
- Unfortunately, items already in transit cannot be expedited.
5. Shipping Delays
- While we strive for timely delivery, delays in the shipping process may occur due to weather, holidays, or other uncontrollable factors. We are not responsible for these delays but will do our best to assist you.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your package.
- We will investigate the issue and provide a refund or reshipment if the problem is confirmed.
