WM Commercial Designs Exchange and Return Policy
1. Exchange Policy
Return and Exchange: Products are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective. Please inspect the product uppon reciept. If there is a manufacturing defect, please let us know within 7 days.
Exchange Conditions: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. All original packaging and accessories must be included.
Return and Exchange Process: Contact our customer service (via email or live chat) with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and photos.
Our customer service will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Send the product in the original pacaging along with the RMA number to the designated return address.
Return and Exchange Shipping Fees: If the return or exchange is due to a defect, we will cover the shipping fees.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. If paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card account.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective ( Within 7 days), damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
